Policy / Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for
any reason and
would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days
for a RETURN
AUTHORIZATION. We are happy to accomodate an extension for gift and/or
seasonal purposes. All items must be in new, unused condition, with quality
sticker intact.
All shipping costs are non-refundable,
unless there is a defect present. Any items returned must be packaged in
the original or equivalent packaging materials and be insured for the actual
cost of the item.
In the rare event that you receive
a damaged piece of pottery, CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY via phone or email so
that we can file an insurance claim. We will then
provide you with further instructions.

Please keep in mind that polish
stoneware is HAND-MADE! Accordingly, there is no such thing as a perfect
piece and you will notice variation among similar
pieces. However, we guarantee to ship you only the finest pieces available!

Shipping Policy
Orders are generally processed and shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt. We ship via FedEx Home Delivery for most domestic orders. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and FPO/APO addresses will ship via USPS Priority Mail. We will use a USPS Flat Rate Box whenever possible for non-Continental US destinations and credit shipping charges when appropriate. Please enter your Zip Code on the Shopping Cart Page to display shipping costs for your order. We are more than happy to ship to International destinations. Please contact us for a custom shipping quote.
Once order ships, you will will receive an email notification with tracking information. Please allow 1-3 business days for midwest/east coast destinations and 3-5 business days for west coast destinations. If you require expedited shipping, please contact us for a rate quote. We are happy to accomodate any special needs!
